THE LYCIAN WAY IN THE EAST SELF-GUIDED

THE LYCIAN WAY IN THE EAST SELF-GUIDED

Discover one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Turkey: the Lycian Way in the east, between Antalya and Kas. During this journey, you will explore selected stages along the dreamlike eastern coast of Lycia. Hike through the mountainous coastal landscapes of the Olympos National Park, move above the turquoise blue sea, and reach enchanting coves.

From the pass summit of Musa Dagi, enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the towering mountains. The highlight of your journey will be the spectacular coastal landscape of Kekova, with its countless bays, peninsulas, and islands.

During your hike, you will encounter impressive historical monuments. The Lycians, Greeks, Persians, and Romans have left their marks here, as well as the Byzantine era and the Ottoman Empire. The Lycian Way will lead you past impressive ruins of once-flourishing ancient cities, now completely abandoned in the solitary wilderness.
